\nbest-known publications – The New York Times and Gourmet magazine –
\nhave bestowed the title of the "best Chinese food" outside China upon
\nVancouver.\n<\/p>\n
\nThe diversity and quality of Chinese food is mind boggling.\n<\/p>\n
\nToday Metro Vancouver has 400 Chinese restaurants.\n<\/p>\n
