Award-winning chefs Christophe Moret and Samuel Lee Sum are flying in for the occasion. Representing the West Coast is homegrown talent Chef Ken Nakano from Shangri-La Hotel, Vancouver, and internationally acclaimed Master Pastry Chef Thomas Haas.
