Chefs Chris\u00adtophe Moret of L\u2019Abeille res\u00adtau\u00adrant and Sam\u00aduel Lee Sum, of Shang Palace \u2014 both one-Mi\u00adche\u00adlin star res\u00adtau\u00adrants at Shang\u00adri-La Paris \u2014 team up with lo\u00adcal chef Ken Na\u00adka\u00adno of Market by Jean-Georges and pas\u00adtry chef Thom\u00adas Haas. The eight-course din\u00adner is not cheap at $500 per per\u00adson, but as Shang\u00adri-La Van\u00adcou\u00adver\u2019s dir\u00adec\u00adtor of com\u00admuni\u00adca\u00adtions says: \u201cIt\u2019s a once-in-a-life\u00adtime kind of din\u00adner.
