\nbeing the most outspoken restaurant critic in your circle of friends,
\nyou are a wanted person. You are cordially invited to take your
\noverflowing (or maybe bottled up) critique and opinion that you have,
\nand send all of it<\/b> down to the 5th<\/sup> Annual Chinese Restaurant Awards. Let me explain.\n<\/p>\n
\nevent highlighting Metro Vancouver’s unique and exciting Chinese
\nculinary scene. They are the platform for everything Chinese food –
\nserving as a restaurant and dining guide for local and visiting food
\nlovers. They have also evolved into an encouraging platform for Chinese
\nchefs in Metro Vancouver to experiment with dishes that reflect on
\ntraditional flavours, while incorporating new and innovative culinary
\nideas.\n<\/p>\n
\ndivided into a Critics’ Choice Signature Dish Awards (awarded by a panel
\nof distinguished food writers and industry influencers) and the
\npublicly-chosen Diner’s Choice Awards. The Critics’ Choice Signature
\nDish awards will be tackled by 7 critics in search for the best in
\nChinese Dishes, awarded by distinguished food writers and industry
\ninfluencers (see here<\/a> for a run-down of categories and critics).\n<\/p>\n
