Diners’ Choice winners of the 2013 Chinese Restaurant Awards<\/a> \nWinners were selected in 18 different categories<\/a>, \nOther notable highlights include the award for Best Chinese Barbecue. <\/span>Richmond’s

\nwere announced earlier this weeks. More than 34,000 ordinary Metro
\nVancouver diners voted for hundreds of restaurants. The result: An
\namazing cheat sheet for foodies eager to experience the city’s best
\nChinese cuisine – both familiar favourites and off-the-beaten-path
\nfinds.\n<\/p>\n
\neverything from best hot pot to best dim sum. The Best Taiwanese Beef
\nNoodle prize was claimed by Chef Hung Taiwanese Beef Noodle (locations
\nin Richmond and Vancouver), which made its debut in the Lower Mainland
\nafter winning three championships in the Taipei International Beef
\nNoodle Festival. Meanwhile Best Pan-Fried Shanghainese Bun went to Top
\nShanghai Cuisine in Richmond, for its exactingly authentic take on the
\nregional delicacy.\n<\/p>\n
\nBBQ Master was recognized for their barbecue pork belly and cha siu
\n(pork roast), dishes which attract discerning diners from all over
\nVancouver, selling out regularly.\n<\/p>\n
