Promoting the best of the Chinese food<br \/>\nculture in Metro Vancouver, delighted guest was greeted before the award<br \/>\npresentation with samples of award winning dishes from our talented<br \/>\nlocal chefs.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nHosted by Breakfast Television&rsquo;s Dawn Chubai and OMNI Television&rsquo;s<br \/>\nSunny Chiu, the award ceremony commenced with the announcement of the<br \/>\noverwhelming success of the event this year. Craig Stowe, Chinese<br \/>\nRestaurant Awards Founding Director and Consul Li Yue of Overseas<br \/>\nChinese Affairs at the Consulate-General of the People&rsquo;s Republic of<br \/>\nChina in Vancouver both gave an inspiring speech, praising the<br \/>\ndevelopment of fine Chinese cuisine here in North America.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/ax3battery.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/CRA2013-24.jpg\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-40741\" alt=\"OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA\" height=\"600\" width=\"800\" \/>\n<\/p>\n<p>\nRepresentatives from different sponsoring and partnering companies<br \/>\nthen presented awards to the many winners of the evening. AX3 Director,<br \/>\nShun Lee, had the honour of presenting the award to the best Vegetarian<br \/>\nRestaurant to 3G Vegetarian Restaurant.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/ax3battery.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/CRA2013-25.jpg\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-40742\" alt=\"OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA\" height=\"600\" width=\"800\" \/>\n<\/p>\n<p>\nA new award this year, the Critics&rsquo; Choice Most Awarded Chinese<br \/>\nRestaurant 2009-2013 was presented to Sea Harbour Seafood Restaurant as<br \/>\nthey have won a total of 8 Critics&rsquo; Choice Awards, with signature dishes<br \/>\nincluding Steam Live Sablefish in Bamboo Steamers (2009), Braised<br \/>\nChayote with Minced Pork and Preserved Vegetables (2012) and Deep Fried<br \/>\nPumpkin Sticks with Egg Yolk Sauce (2013).\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/ax3battery.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/CRA2013-31.jpg\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-40746\" alt=\"OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA\" height=\"450\" width=\"800\" \/>\n<\/p>\n<p>\nAnother new addition to the event this year is the Chinese Master<br \/>\nChefs program where selected Master Chefs share their signature<br \/>\ncreations&rsquo; recipe with the public for charitable causes.
