It<br \/>\nwill take place between November 1st &#8211; 18th, 2011, with 18 restaurants<br \/>\nin Vancouver, Richmond and Burnaby participating, each offering<br \/>\ndifferent exclusive menus designed and prepared by top local Chinese<br \/>\nchefs.  Diners may choose from menus for 4 people at $100, menus for 6<br \/>\npeople at $150, or menus for 10 at $300, and find out about these<br \/>\nexciting menus online at the Festival&rsquo;s official website: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ChineseDiningGuide.com\" target=\"_self\"><br \/>\nwww.ChineseDiningGuide.com<\/a>   To participate, diners may simply call or<br \/>\nmake reservations at the participating restaurants and make note of<br \/>\ntheir desire to try the Signature Dish Dining Festival&rsquo;s menu.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n&ldquo;With aims to strengthen Vancouver and Richmond&rsquo;s Chinese culinary<br \/>\nscene, Chinese Restaurant Awards has been a forerunner in encouraging<br \/>\nthe use of fresh Canadian ingredients in Chinese Signature Dishes. CRA looks forward to<br \/>\nattract more tourists, especially from other regions in North America<br \/>\nand Mainland China, to stay and dine in Vancouver and Richmond, while<br \/>\nexperiencing our very own Signature Dish Dining Festival.&rdquo;\n<\/p>\n<p>\nSignature Dish Dining Festival breaks ground by establishing a<br \/>\ncreative platform that encourages local Chinese chefs to create<br \/>\ninnovative dishes with fresh, local ingredients, while the public take<br \/>\npart in enjoying them.  The festival will feature award-winning<br \/>\nSignature Dishes previously honored by CRA, such as Jade Seafood<br \/>\nRestaurant&#8217;s smoked grandpa chicken, Alvin Garden&rsquo;s tea smoked duck, and<br \/>\nRainflower Restaurant&rsquo;s lamb rack in Chinese wine sauce.  Besides<br \/>\nCanadian seafoods, the Festival will also shine a spotlight on Alberta<br \/>\nbeef and Alberta pork.  There will be a good number of exciting new<br \/>\ndishes created especially for this Festival, which includes a new<br \/>\nvariation of the traditional Chinese Dongpo Pork dish, made with Alberta<br \/>\npork, Amoy cooking sauces and designed by Shiang Garden&rsquo;s executive<br \/>\nchef P. Wing Leung.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nBuilding on CRA&rsquo;s three consecutive years of success with Diner&rsquo;s Choice<br \/>\nAwards, diners can vote online for the Best Restaurant, Best Service,<br \/>\nBest Dinning Environment and Most Innovative, all under the Signature<br \/>\nDish Dining Festival category in the upcoming Diner&rsquo;s Choice Awards<br \/>\ncommencing this November.  Eight critics from this year&rsquo;s CRA judging<br \/>\npanel will also taste the dine-out dishes from all 18 participating<br \/>\nrestaurants and carefully select dishes that are best fit for the<br \/>\nfollowing award categories: Best Alberta Beef, Best Alberta Pork, and<br \/>\nBest dish made with Amoy Sauces.
