He has worked as a chef in different scales of Chinese restaurants before opening his own Ken&rsquo;s Chinese Restaurant in Vancouver in 2001. His seafood dishes are highly recommended by local and international food critics and Ken&rsquo;s Chinese Restaurant is said to have the best seafood in Metro Vancouver by Cond&eacute; Nast Traveller.<br \/>\n<\/span>\n<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<span style=\"font-size: 8pt\"><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>\n<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<span style=\"font-size: 8pt\"><br \/>\nPairing wine with the vast and complex Chinese cuisine has long been felt as complicated and risky and thus left aside by Western Chinese restaurants; however as Chinese consumers are getting more wine savvy, restaurants that can answer their wine expectations will certainly make a difference and stand out.
