It\u2019s certainly been proclaimed a few times (<a href=\"http:\/\/dailyhive.com\/vancouver\/vancouver-is-one-of-the-worlds-best-cities-for-chinese-food\" target=\"_blank\">like earlier this year by Traveller.com<\/a>, for example).
