Designed as exclusive, one-night-only events, the City Series extends the Awards\u2019 signature dining experiences across Canada, showcasing contemporary Chinese cuisine with Canadian talent, ahead of the Awards ceremony this September.<\/p>\n<p>In Toronto, the collaboration features <b>DaiLo<\/b>\u2019s chef Nick Liu and 2025 CRA Elite 30 CANADA\u00a0 honouree <b>Lai Wah Heen<\/b>\u2019s executive chef Sin Chung Ho and dim sum head chef Victor Huang.
