Since it’s the Awards’ mission to create a comprehensive culinary road map with Vancouver’s 20 Best, we have asked this year’s diverse panel of judges to offer their different perspectives on outstanding establishments outside of the main categories, and each recommend restaurants and signature dishes that are worth venturing out of the way to try.
