Yes, we have all these wonderful Chinese restaurants in Vancouver,
but most of us are blissfully unaware of who the chefs are orchestrating
incredibly sophisticated menus. In this day of celebrity chefs with the
might of a rock star, it just doesn’t seem right, does it!
Well, thanks to the Chinese Restaurant Awards, they’re getting the
recognition they deserve in a mano a mano cookoff which takes place
tomorrow (Dec. 6 ) at the Rainflower Seafood Restaurant in Richmond.
