In celebration of the 8th Annual Chinese Restaurant Awards, Shangri-La Hotel, Vancouver and Market by Jean-Georges present East Meets West, an epicurean feast prepared in collaboration between four gastronomic giants.
Flying in for two nights only, from the prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants at Shangri-La Hotel, Paris, are award-winning chefs Christophe Moret and Samuel Lee Sum. Representing the West Coast is homegrown talent Chef Ken Nakano from Shangri-La Hotel, Vancouver, and internationally acclaimed Master Pastry Chef Thomas Haas.
