On Wednesday, September 30th, members of the media were invited to
Jade Seafood Restaurant in Richmond to hear about the upcoming the
Second Annual Edgewater Casino Chinese Restaurant Awards (CRA).

Attendees learned of changes to this year’s format from organizers,
Craig Stowe, Stephanie Yuen, Michelle Dunn and Jocelyn Hsiung, mingled
with the event’s distinguished judges and even got an opportunity to
take in some dim sum including Jade Seafood Restaurant’s Clay Pot
Chicken which won the ‘Critics’ Choice Signature Dish – Chicken’ Award
at the Edgewater Casino Chinese Restaurant Awards in 2009.
