Today on Breakfast Television, our Founding Chair of the Judging Panel Stephen Wong and last year’s Most Innovative Dish winner Shanghai Village Chef Ming Ni appeared and cooked with their passion. Chef Ming cooked the winning dish Stir-Fried Fish Noodle with Enoki Mushroom and Stephen Wong demonstrated his 3 recipes:
Angus Beef with Diced King Mushrooms and Asparagus
Geoduck with XO Sauce and Geoduck Fritters
Steamed Lemon Chicken “en Papillote”
