Each year, a portion of the panel is thoughtfully renewed to ensure fresh perspectives and continued credibility. This approach allows the Awards to remain independent, relevant, and a trusted benchmark of excellence in Chinese dining across North America and Asia.
To further uphold the integrity of the process, all award ballots are independently reviewed and audited by a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in Canada, ensuring transparency, rigour, and the highest standard of accountability.
