A Custodian of Dim Sum Tradition, Refined through 45 Years of Mastery
Leung began his journey in 1970s as an apprentice of northern-style dim sum at Hong Kong’s Peking Garden in Alexander House, before further honing his skills at its Tsim Sha Tsui location.
