A Custodian of Dim Sum Tradition, Refined through 45 Years of Mastery
Leung began his journey in 1970s as an apprentice of northern-style dim sum at Hong Kong’s Peking Garden in Alexander House, before further honing his skills at its Tsim Sha Tsui location. When he arrived in Vancouver in 1981, he became part of the city’s first wave of dim sum chefs, shaping its culinary identity through roles at Pink Pearl, Shun Feng, Shi Art, and Fortune Garden, before bringing his steady hand and uncompromising standards to Dynasty Seafood.+++DISCOVER CHEF
