Celebrate the Year of the Ox with 2021 DINING for the Feast of Fortune
This unprecedented culinary experience offers a unique and first-of-its-kind dining series to celebrate the Lunar New Year, while raising funds for the future of health care – new St. Paul’s at the Jim Pattison Medical Centre.
Since 2015, Chinese Restaurant Awards has showcased culinary excellence at the annual Scotiabank Feast of Fortune event for St. Paul’s Foundation. This year, the Awards and St. Paul’s Foundation wish to take this fundraiser to the next level by inviting the dining public to gift and taste this unique and first-of-its-kind dining series and celebrate the Lunar New Year with a meaningful mission. For this special occasion, the Awards has gathered the talents and creativity from ten top-notch and generous Metro Vancouver eateries to create exclusive dinner menus and gifts to elevate the gourmet excitements for this Lunar New Year.
The past year has brought a new understanding and appreciation for health care. When we bid farewell to the old and welcome the new during Lunar New Year, it’s important to transform this new appreciation for health care into a charitable mission, as the new St. Paul’s at the Jim Pattison Medical Centre will be a place where the best and brightest minds work together to heal the sick, collaborate on new discoveries, and mentor the next generation of health care providers.
2021 DINING for the Feast of Fortune is a delicate, refined and carefully curated vision of the Lunar New Year celebration, as well as a tasteful way to support the new St. Paul’s at the Jim Pattison Medical Centre. With your generous support, the new site will be a thriving campus entirely devoted to health care, life science, and technology.
All participating eateries have their COVID-19 safety plans consistent with WorkSafe BC guidelines.
