Chinese Cuisine by Chefs from Hong Kong, New York, Toronto and Vancouver

DINING by the Awards 2022’s first dining series in late summer will comprise three unique events with “New Wave” culinary artists, including New York based Chef Lucas Sin (Food & Wine Best New Chef ’21 and Forbes 30 Under 30 ’20) and Toronto based Chef Eva Chin (Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants ’21 Rank No.65 “Fires Up the Wok at Kōjin“ for Momofuku Kōjin) flying in to work with Vancouver’s own Chef William Lew from Club Versante, Cantonese Chef Wing Wah Hui at Regal Mansion, and students at Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts. DINING by the Awards 2022 Finale “MASTERS” will commence in November where Master Chef Lee Man Sing – Group Chinese Cuisine Chef of Mott 32 from Hong Kong will prepare a phenomenal feast alongside with Vancouver culinary talents.

Designed to promote a borderless vision of culinary collaboration, DINING by the Awards 2022 will be a fascinating series of events for foodies to indulge in creative Chinese cuisine, as well as a meaningful challenge for participating chefs in designing authentic recipes and utilizing cooking techniques unique for this top-notch culinary experience. Using seasonal ingredients of choice under innovative themes, chefs will reimagine and celebrate their culinary influences. For instance, diners can experience Chef Lucas Sin and Chef Eva Chin’s memories of Hong Kong food, while western cuisine trained Club Versante’s Executive Chef William Lew will create delectable dishes infused with Chinese flavours for this special collaboration.
